Junior Producer - London, full time

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years’ experience working in production across fashion, editorial, or advertising

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 

• Familiarity with remote and on-set productions

• Excellent time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

• Manage schedules, bookings, estimates and end-to-end support on all aspects of production

• Assist agents with artist portfolios, managing image libraries, website and social media updates

Fashion Account Manager

Location: Based in London

Terms: Full-Time, 5 days a week, working from home 2 days a week

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion communications

  • Well-connected within the global media and cultural landscape

  • Strong relationships with media, influencers, talent, and agents

  • Experience developing personalised publicity strategies for brands 

  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members

  • Ability to manage event creation, shows, special projects, and associated budgets

  • Travel globally on behalf of Huxley

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a sharp editorial eye and attention to detail

  • Organised, proactive, and digitally engaged, with a strong grasp of digital and cultural trends

  • Aesthetically aware, with instinctive brand positioning and cultural relevance

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities: 

  • Track, monitor, and report client coverage

  • Shape and execute integrated communication strategies

  • Pitch stories and partnerships to media, brands, and cultural collaborators

  • Write press releases, media briefings, and client-facing copy

  • Maintain and grow Huxley’s media and influencer databases

  • Accompany clients to press appointments, shoots, and events

  • Oversee calendars, manage diaries, and coordinate press logistics

  • Represent Huxley at industry events and key cultural moments

  • Support new business development through research, ideation, and execution

  • Experience working across music, fashion, and culture  

  • A sharp writer with strong communication skills and an eye for detail  

  • Organised, proactive, and digitally engaged, with a strong grasp of digital and cultural trends

  • Aesthetically aware, with an instinct for brand positioning and cultural relevance  

  • Minimum two years in a similar role (incl. social/digital experience)

Responsibilities: 

  • Track and report coverage for clients

  • Shape and execute strategies

  • Pitch to partners

  • Write press releases, media briefings, and client-facing copy  

  • Maintain + expand Huxley’s media databases  

  • Manage + contribute strategy to Huxley digital channels

  • Assist with reputation management and crisis response  

  • Accompany clients to press, shoots, and events

  • Oversee calendars, manage diaries, and coordinate logistics  

  • Represent Huxley at industry events  

  • Support new business initiatives with research and execution
