The Chemical Brothers are a global electronic music institution. For three decades, Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons have defined the cutting edge of dance music both on their multi-platinum selling records and with their hugely lauded hallucinogenic live shows, which have been witnessed by millions in arenas and festivals the world over. Over the course of an acclaimed career, the duo has secured six UK number one albums, thirteen UK top 20 singles and six Grammy Awards.
The duo’s last album For That Beautiful Feeling was released to huge acclaim in September 2023 and was accompanied by a sold out nationwide arena tour, a career-spanning retrospective book Paused in Cosmic Reflection and an innovative audiovisual installation titled ‘Music:Response’ in the basement of the iconic Gaudi building in Barcelona, featuring re-worked music by the pair and kaleidoscopic visuals by longtime collaborators Smith & Lyall.
